End User License Agreement
Welcome to Funce (hereinafter referred to as "this App" or "we"). This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Funce regarding the use of this App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using this App, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please immediately stop using this App.
Funce is an AI-powered intelligent travel planning assistant application. We help users generate personalized travel plans through natural language conversations, including but not limited to itinerary arrangements, attraction recommendations, hotel suggestions, restaurant recommendations, and budget management.
This App allows users to input content through conversations and generate travel plans. When using this service, you must comply with the following rules:
You agree to use this App only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules. You may not use this App to engage in any activity that may damage, disable, overload, or impair this App or related servers or networks.
This App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of Funce or its content providers and are protected by international copyright laws. Without our express written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, transfer, or sell any part of this App.
You are responsible for all content created, entered, or shared through this App. You warrant that you own or have the right to use all content you input, and that such content does not infringe any third party's rights.

This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and us regarding the use of this App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
